I advise on the use of economic arguments in a legal context. I primarily advise law firms on damages calculations in civil disputes. My recent projects include:

• For a larger industry player: Formulation of a theory of harm and calculation of damages for intellectual property infringement.

• For a medium-sized financial institution: Formulation of a theory of harm and questions to court-appointed experts in a claim for damages due to harassment by a former contract partner.

• For a collective of farmers: Formulation of a theory of harm in an expropriation case.

• For a large agricultural company: Methodological assessment of a price and quantity analysis in an expropriation case.
